Dr. Margaret Anne Inman, founder of Providence Speech and Hearing Center, was given the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Regional Center of Orange County in 2007. The Regional Center called Dr. Inman “an Orange County legend for her work on behalf of people with speech and hearing impairments.”
In 2007, Board Member Stanley J. Pawlowski was given the E. Kurt Yeager Servant Leadership award by The Regional Center of Orange County for devotion in a volunteer leadership position. Powlowski, a respected banking executive, has been a member of the Providence Speech and Hearing Center Board for 15 years.
In 2008, the Orange County Register Best of OC special edition named Providence Speech and Hearing Center the No. 1 child-care center in Orange.
In September of 2008, Providence Speech and Hearing Center partnered with Watson Drugs and Soda Fountain, an Old Towne Orange landmark, and the City of Orange for the Join the Conversation campaign to promote personal interaction as essential to the Orange County community.
In August of 2009, Providence Speech and Hearing Center was awarded the prestigious Circle of Care Award from CalOptima.
